Terms of Service

Last updated: August 29, 2026. These terms apply every time you visit drivelive.fr or use one of its tools.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of TikSnap, the site at drivelive.fr. By opening this website or using any tool on it you accept the rules below. If you do not agree with them, please close the page and stop using the site. Reading them once takes a few minutes and saves both sides trouble later.

1. What this service is

TikSnap is a free web based toolkit for saving publicly available TikTok media. It includes four tools: a video downloader, a photo and slideshow downloader, a story downloader and an MP3 audio extractor. You paste a link, our servers contact TikTok, retrieve the file behind that link and hand it back to you in a standard format. Nothing gets installed on your device and no account is required.

The site is operated independently and is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. We do not host a media library, we do not publish content of our own and we do not charge for access. The tools simply move a public file from where it lives to where you want it.

2. Who can use the site

You need to be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Some regions set a higher minimum age for consent to data processing, and in those places the local age applies instead. By using the site you also confirm that your use does not break any law that applies to you.

Companies and teams are welcome to use the tools for routine work, for example saving reference clips for an internal review or archiving campaign posts. Whoever performs the download carries the responsibility for making sure the use is permitted.

3. Acceptable use

The tools exist for one purpose: saving public content for personal, lawful use. That purpose shapes a short list of rules.

  • Public links only. The Service processes addresses that anyone can open without logging in. Private accounts, restricted posts and removed media fall outside its scope, and attempts to reach them through the Service are not allowed.
  • Manual use. Requests should come from a person, one at a time. Bots, scripts, bulk harvesters and every other form of automated mass downloading are prohibited.
  • No interference. Do not overload, probe, scan or try to break the site or the servers behind it, and do not attempt to bypass rate limits or technical barriers.
  • Lawful purposes only. Content tied to illegal activity must not be requested, stored or distributed through the Service.
  • Respect for rights. Do not use downloaded material in a way that infringes copyright, trademark or privacy rights of other people.
Fair play reminder: keep what you save to yourself unless the creator allows more. Reuploading someone else's video under your own name is a copyright problem, and it is yours to own, not ours.

4. Your responsibility for downloaded files

Files produced by the Service come straight from TikTok's own infrastructure. We do not review, moderate or edit them. What happens after a download completes is entirely up to you and entirely your responsibility. Watching a saved clip offline, keeping a family video before it disappears or collecting references for a school project are typical uses. Republishing, monetizing or redistributing content without the rights holder's permission is a different matter, and we cannot shield you from the consequences of doing it.

5. Intellectual property

The name TikSnap, the logo, the design of this site, its texts and its code belong to the operator and are protected by intellectual property laws. Copying the site, scraping it or presenting it as your own product is not permitted.

TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. We use the word only to describe what the tools work with, which is its plain descriptive sense, not to claim any connection or endorsement.

If you believe the Service is being used to infringe your rights, write to [email protected] with a description of the work, the link in question and your contact details. We take reasonable steps in response to good faith reports from rights holders.

6. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep every tool online around the clock, but uptime is not guaranteed. TikTok changes its platform regularly, and those changes can break one or more tools temporarily or permanently. Features may be added, suspended or removed at any time. We may also block traffic that abuses the Service, including whole networks or regions, when that is needed to keep the site fast and available for everyone else.

7. Third party services

Download requests touch systems we do not control: TikTok's servers and content delivery networks, plus the hosting providers behind our own infrastructure. Those parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they behave.

The site currently shows no third party advertising. If that ever changes, this section will be updated before ads appear.

8. No warranties

The Service is provided on an as is and as available basis, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that a particular video, photo, story or audio track can be downloaded, that quality will match your expectations, or that the tools will run without interruption or errors. Downloaded files can differ from what the platform displays for technical reasons, for example when TikTok serves several variants of the same upload.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of TikSnap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, connected to your use of or inability to use the Service. Because the Service is free, the total liability of the operator for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is zero. Some jurisdictions do not allow parts of such a limitation, so pieces of this section may not apply to you.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the site at any time, and deleting your saved files is all it takes to end your side of the arrangement. On our side, we can restrict, suspend or block access for anyone who violates these terms, abuses the infrastructure or creates legal risk for the operation, with or without notice.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise the terms as the Service evolves. The current version always lives on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last touched. Major changes are worth a reread, so checking this page once in a while is a good habit. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of the site is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Where consumer protection law in your country grants you a different forum or stronger rights, those provisions prevail over anything written here.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms go to [email protected]. We read everything and answer when a reply is useful.
